3 Walking routes
The walking routes around Vlissingen lead through the historic town centre, along the promenade and out to the dunes and woods on the edge of town.
Vlissingen monuments route: a short 2.1 km walk, almost entirely on paved paths, past the monuments of the town centre.
Vlissingen and Nollebos: an 11.5 km route from the town to the Nollebos, mostly on paved paths with some natural trails.
Along the promenade: stroll beside the Westerschelde and watch the ships passing close to the shore.

Kaapduinen: one of the most varied dune areas in Zeeland, backed by the rolling farmland of Walcheren.
Dunes of Zoutelande: further along the coast lie the high dunes of Zoutelande and Valkenisse.
