The dynamic cafes, bars and clubs here are popular with the nightlife crowd far beyond Vlissingen.

Around the corner from the Nieuwendijk is the Arsenaal theater. This is the pop music podium in Vlissingen. There are often big parties and performances in many genres. From DJs to international artists, it's all here in the Arsenaal theater.

The nearby town of Middelburg is bustling with nightlife as well. In this provincial capital you can find many atmospheric bars cafes and restaurants right next to the Vlasmarkt, the Pottenmarkt and the Markt. Most of the cafes are open until 2 am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. At the end of the Vlasmarkt is a night cafe that's open until 4 am on Saturdays.
